Job Description

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Process Engineering Coordinator to support our process engineering team! In this role you will assist with coordinating the release of assembly, process and manufacturing documentation and BOM (Bill of Material) updates. You will also provide primary support for our Siemens MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Opcenter systems for the production floor, run reports as needed, and manage the preventative maintenance system.

This on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly into the Process Engineering Manager.

How You Will Do It:



  • Create and update process documentation.
  • Coordinate the approval and release of process and manufacturing documentation.
  • Create and update bill of materials (BOMs) for box build assembly in both Siemens MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Opcenter systems.
  • Provide technical, floor-facing production and Production Control team support with the MES and Opcenter systems, including troubleshooting and training when necessary.
  • Coordinate and maintain preventative maintenance records for production equipment.
  • Provide system-level support during audits.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed.



What We Look For:
Required



  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working with MES and ERP systems.
  • Must have proficient computer skills (MS Office).
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines.
  • Experience with shop/work orders and routings.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.



Desired



  • Associate degree in electrical/electronics, mechanical, industrial/manufacturing engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with bill of materials (BOMs) maintenance.
  • Experience interpreting and implementing engineering change orders.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power BI for data analysis.
  • Experience participating in audits.
