Trade Marketing Manager
Start: immediately in Chicago/Rosemont, IL / United States
Permanent position, Full-time As one of our Trade Marketing Managers, you will execute retail and marketing strategies focused on your assigned retail accounts nationwide. Partnering with internal Marketing and Sales teams, this person will drive sales plans around the 4Ps - Product, Price, Placement, and Promotion in the retail marketplace. As a member of our trade marketing team, this role will help lead the development of high quality and fact-based Selling Stories and Ready To Sell (RTS) materials. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will assist in the planning, development, and presentation of sales and brand materials at key meetings and industry specific trade shows for various channels of trade including Grocery, Mass, Convenience, Value, Drug, and specialty retail channels. To join our team of Trade Marketing Managers, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, an understanding of industry data such as IRI, Circana, or Nielsen data, and a Bachelor's Degree. Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, this role offers the opportunity work cross-functionally with internal headquarters teams. Responsibilities:
Compensation Target Hiring Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate's offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
