As a Beachclub Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our dining and beverage outlets. From supervising staff and maintaining quality standards to assisting with training, scheduling, and inventory, you'll ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets or shifts to ensure efficiency.

  • Monitor service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction to uphold high standards.

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.

  • Assist with planning and managing special events, and private functions.

  • Greet guests, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to suggest improvements and enhance experiences.

  • Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to service staff, ensuring balanced workloads.

  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and promotions.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maintain service excellence.

  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, coordinating purchases to meet operational needs.

  • Track sales, control waste, and implement portion control to optimize profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all operations.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Minimum of one year of food and beverage experience required; prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage techniques, service standards, and sanitation regulations.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

  • Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35+ pounds.

  • Skilled in working efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
