Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Bristol, CT. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- To provide well-being-related services to the client's employees.
- Such services include, but are not limited to, exercise floor supervision and education.
- Operate the Wellness Center daily by guidelines during assigned shifts, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Coordination of programs supporting the strategy.
- Perform front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to answering phones, emailing members, fielding questions, and eligibility/waivers.
- Register new participants, provide orientation to the Wellness Center, and introduce programs.
- By request, complete fitness assessments and consult on fitness routine development that minimizes risks and improves health.
- Open, supervise, and close the facility as needed during work shift assignments, always ensuring cross-shift coverage.
- Instruct employees on the proper use of equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the facility and equipment with intermittent cleaning and preventive maintenance servicing.
- Assist in group exercise scheduling.
- Supervise the intramural program at the KidsCenter Gymnasium.
- Coordinate programs and initiatives supporting wellness strategy; manage program logistics.
- Assist in gathering metrics and tracking team member program utilization.
- Assist in assessing program outcomes.
- Provide an exceptional team member experience through customer service and program-driven offerings.
- Collect program feedback to change and implement future wellbeing offerings.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $21.00 -$24.00 / hr.
Hours: 40 hrs/Week.
Length: Contract (6 months).
