As the Monetization Strategy Manager for the Adobe Document Cloud (DC) business, you will build and refine the strategy to grow ARR by optimizing monetization journeys across DC surfaces like Acrobat Desktop, Acrobat Web and Acrobat Extensions. This is a global role.

We are looking for a strategic problem solver who can come up with big bets to improveinitial purchase, add-on, up-sell, and cancel journeys, and then partner with monetization growth, commerce product, analytics, and regional teams, to implement those bets. As a senior IC, you should be skilled at concurrently leading a portfolio of strategic projects, aligning with and keeping partner teams motivated to invest in these strategies, and distilling progress/ blockers across a range of issues for executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a robust understanding of Adobe's DC product offerings, user base, growth surfaces, monetization flows and customer purchase motivations

  • Identify journeys, messaging and offer matrices that will improve acquisition, upsell, cross-sell and retention ARR by auditing current flows, using existing data insights or commissioning new analytics projects.

  • Prioritize the biggest bets and identify contributing teams and dependencies to unlock those opportunities

  • Generate cross-functional alignment and drive trade-off conversations such that all contributing teams are motivated to support the identified monetization bets

  • Translate company-wide strategies like new product launches, or audience-based selling, into monetization strategy implications and work with partner teams to implement

  • Translate commerce platform product releases (e.g. new checkout flow) into implications for DC monetization flows and work with partner teams to implement

  • Monitor external industry trends and integrate their influence into the planning process

  • Distill progress and blockers for executives with an eye on materiality

Qualifications/Experience

  • BS/BA with 10+ years of experience in product led growth strategy, product marketing, product management or tech focused management consulting; MBA preferred

  • Expertise in monetization business models and testing and optimization of customer experiences to deliver against revenue goals

  • Demonstrated excellence in insights driven critical thinking and ability to parse out big bets from smaller ones

  • Highly skilled in navigating organizational complexity, influencing product roadmaps and running several high impact initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong executive presence and communication

  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
