Typical Day: On the phone supporting families with school enrollment Making outbound calls to families who have expressed interest Assist with website navigation Build and maintain positive relationships with families as well as school professionals *Skills* customer service, ms outlook, scheduling, coordinating, Call center, Data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Have: 6+ months prior customer service experience in a professional environment - any office location, no preference on industry 6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality. 40+ WPM typing Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
