GHGR/EPC Marketing Manager

Our Greenhouse Gas Reduction (GHGR) group specializes in biogas projects, including anaerobic digesters, landfill gas-to-energy systems, and renewable natural gas (RNG) production. Leveraging the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project delivery model - along with our in-house fabrication and custom manufacturing capabilities - we design and build integrated systems that convert organic waste into clean, usable energy. These systems produce pipeline quality RNG, electricity, heat, or compressed natural gas, contributing to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions to help power a cleaner world.

We're currently looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead our GHGR marketing team based in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to compete for and win new work.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide mentorship and direction to the GHGR marketing team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative, high-performing culture.

• Ensure quality and consistency by overseeing the editing and proofreading of proposals, presentations, and technical documents to maintain high standards of grammar, style, and brand consistency.
• Manage team responsibilities across diverse marketing functions outside of technical writing including CRM, events, videos, social media and website, branding and sales materials.

• Drive team performance by setting and monitoring performance goals assigned to marketing staff across key areas such as sponsorships; events; social media; video media; training; CRM (Client Relationship Management software); and branded materials.
• Provide support in shaping the marketing strategy and plan by leveraging marketing team to assemble and analyze sales forecasts, set objectives, plan, and organize promotional presentations, and update calendars.
• Manage budget of expenses for sales and marketing team.
• Coordinate and partner with marketing managers in other groups/departments for cross market pursuits.
• Uphold corporate standards across all marketing channels and materials.
• Coordinate public relations/social media with corporate marketing team.
• Participate in internal sales optimization committee and strategic planning.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in or higher in business administration, journalism, communications, marketing, English, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the professional services industry.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

The preferred candidate will have:

• Background in proposal management within the A/E/C industry.
• Ability to manage the document storage of our marketing materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to enable empathy, teamwork and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage, provide guidance on workload management, and mentor marketing staff to support long-term growth.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
