We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to join our team! Our OD Consultants lead the strategy, development, design, and implementation for processes, programs, and resources in the disciplines of employee engagement, talent identification and assessment, corporate competencies, performance management, succession planning, and executive development.
What You'll Do As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will:
Apply organization development principles, methods and tools to provide a broad range of customized business solutions designed to support the business, enhance organization effectiveness, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Create processes and delivers solutions that impact the culture and performance of the organization. Collaborate closely with areas of Human Resources to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results. Identify talent risks and partner with SentryU to ensure development programs are meeting the needs of the organization and mitigating talent risks. Establish and coach to the process and best practices in workforce planning, assessing performance and potential to aide in selection, performance evaluation and development processes. Coach and mentor associates at all levels of the organization. Implement and monitor appropriate business metrics to ensure initiatives are effective and in alignment with business strategies. Use internal data, employee survey, performance, quality metrics, etc. to anticipate and articulate emerging organizational needs at enterprise and department levels. Maintain current industry information, including new thinking and new approaches, and regularly communicate to the organizational development team as appropriate.
What it Takes
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Experience in talent management, learning, or organizational development is critical. Strong coaching and consulting skills, and experience in influencing leadership. Demonstrated experience in the areas of organizational behavior, selection, HR analytics, and talent management principles. Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into insights with practical recommendations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization, clearly articulating the value and strategic importance of processes beyond mere compliance. Demonstrated planning, project management, and organizational skills.
