Role Overview:

This Senior Associate role is responsible for the coordination, logistics and operational support of the Field Management Systems team.The position is central to building alignment across the Zone teams, enhancing coaching culture, and equipping field managers with the frameworks and confidence to drive agent productivity and retention. This individual will partner closely with Home Office business partners, Zone leaders, and other enterprise teams to strengthen field adoption of the Field Development System.

This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building, strong facilitation and communication skills, project management capability, and the ability to drive initiatives across the enterprise.

What You'll Bring:

* Leads rollout and continuous improvement of the Field Development System field manager workshops
* Partners with Home Office and Zone teams to drive adoption of FMS resources and coaching frameworks
* Supports enterprise alignment through clear communication, presentations, and engagement forums
* Synthesizes field feedback into program enhancements and strategy evolution
* Facilitates national webinars and participates in field-facing events and meetings
* Ability to partner with other business areas in the organization.

What You'll Do:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* Coaching experience and background
* Advanced degree or professional designation (ChFC or MBA) strongly preferred
* Field Development System certification strongly preferred
* 7+ years of experience in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, or field support roles
* Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, coaching simulations)
* Strong understanding of NYL's Career Agency System and FDS coaching tools
* Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Operations management - Training support, communications and logistics
* Project management expertise
* Proven public speaking and facilitation skills
* Strong written communication and interpersonal influence
* Ability to travel for various training or meetings
* Ability to execute at a high, fast-paced level

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$95,000 - $130,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
