Empify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time (10 hours/week) Activities Assistant for our Tweeten- Spring Grove location in the memory care unit! This is your opportunity to provide care to residents while doing the work you love and having FUN!

What does an Activities Assistant do:
  • As an Activity Assistant your main responsibility is to get residents to and from activities, lead activities, also document who came to activities.
  • Visit with residents on a 1:1 basis.
What will this position look like:
  • We are looking for someone who can work 10 hours a week with residents who have dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's.
  • Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10am-11am and then 3pm-4pm.

What you need:
  • High School Diploma or have a GED.
