What You'll Do
We're seeking an experienced AEC Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at ECS in one of our Florida locations: Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, or West Palm Beach. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned marketing professional ready to lead a team, drive successful pursuit strategies, and manage complex proposal workflows across our extensive portfolio, primarily focused in Florida. - Lead, manage, and develop a team that includes senior marketing professionals, early- to mid-career marketers, and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and execution.
- Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable tasks for junior team members.
- Manage and enforce marketing budgets.
- Provide regular performance feedback to junior team members.
- Oversee department-specific marketing projects and collaborate on improving and unifying processes and procedures.
- Track trends and monitor key marketing metrics.
- Participate in professional development activities, including continuing education, seminars, and involvement in professional organizations.
- Review RFPs for alignment with local office and corporate objectives.
- Develop strategic proposal and marketing materials at local, regional, and national levels.
- Manage high-volume proposal activity, including timeline coordination, content development, and adherence to RFQ/RFP requirements.
- Facilitate presentations for both prime and teaming opportunities as needed.
- Provide regional data and insights to support demographic tracking and other relevant marketing intelligence.
- Collaborate with Department Managers, Business Development, and Executives to proactively identify, evaluate, and track pursuits from opportunity identification through final outcome, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead AEC marketing teams across multiple locations.
- Expertise in managing high-volume proposal efforts.
- Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
- Minimum of 6 years of sales or marketing experience in the AEC industry.
