Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of key technical and operational platforms. This is a strategic role that will directly support the company's technology transformation efforts by ensuring the seamless implementation and optimization of automation, enterprise software, and data systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented project leader with a passion for technology and process improvement, and who thrives in cross-functional, execution-focused teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of new technology solutions, including enterprise systems and automation tools.
- Define project roadmaps and manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple departments.
- Coordinate efforts between engineering, operations, compliance, and executive leadership to ensure successful technology integration.
- Identify and address project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively to keep initiatives on track.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all technology implementation projects, maintaining consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure all deployed systems meet regulatory, operational, and security compliance requirements.
- Develop change management and training strategies to support end-user adoption and maximize the impact of new technologies.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements and inform future implementations.
- Recommend and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline-or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology implementation or enterprise system deployment.
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects in dynamic, operational environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (i.e., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership.
- Experience translating operational needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, MES, or automation technologies is a strong advantage.
- Experience in regulated environments such as manufacturing, life sciences, or similarly structured industries is preferred.
