Internal Communications Specialist - Corporate & CTS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to develop and execute regional internal communications strategies.
• Develop and deliver clear, compelling messaging aligned with CTS's business priorities and Cubic's broader goals.
• Draft leadership communications, employee announcements, and content for company-wide initiatives and events.
• Support the CTS President with communications needs, including developing content for global Town Halls and executive updates.
• Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.
• Customize global communications for local relevance, ensuring resonance with diverse, region-specific employee groups.
• Bring innovative ideas to enhance the internal communications strategy and employee experience.
• Support regional and functional teams with tailored communications for local initiatives and engagement programs.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into simple, engaging messages.
• Experience working with senior leaders and supporting executive communications.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Proven ability to adapt messaging for different regions, cultures, and communication styles.
• Comfortable working across time zones with globally dispersed teams.
