Starting Salary Range: $110,000- $128,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Guide the development and execution of MISO's corporate planning initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams on planning best practices and process improvements.
  • Drive cohesive communication strategies to ensure stakeholders understand and support MISO's strategic direction.
  • Support change management efforts through readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning.
  • Enhance transparency by integrating financial and operational data into planning communications.
  • Continuously improve standardized tools, templates, and governance models to streamline planning processes.


What we are looking for...



  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a high level of detail orientation in developing messaging and planning content.
  • Experience with change management principles; Prosci certification preferred.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
