Join FNBO's Product team to help us revolutionize the customer's experience to establish relationships in a way that helps them grow in financial health.

We will do this by listening to our customers and finding solutions that give our customers choice as they move through the payment process and the planning for a great financial journey with their goals being fulfilled. We need an individual to join our team who is creative and curious, can work alongside a high-functioning team and commit to exceeding expectations.

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to develop the holistic experience of originating deposit accounts for key personas in targeted geographies through new capabilities and product sets. You will be expected to manage the complexity of varied needs from cross-functional teams in business, operations, technology, legal and compliance. You will articulate a clear vision for the customer experience and influence leadership on what is needed to achieve it. You help the team understand what capabilities customers need to be successful. You will also work on the technical details with the development team to make sure it's implemented well.

About This Role:

Key Accountabilities

  • Own the Discovery Process, i.e. why customers are seeking these capabilities
  • Oversee, gather, and analyze customer and prospect insights by persona and geography from data and feedback regarding origination capabilities, journeys, and products.
  • Define what these capabilities are doing for customers based on your expertise from the market, customer, and product perspective.
  • Determine the third-party providers needed to deliver product capabilities and make recommendations to leadership
  • Develop the full product life cycle for "Front-Book" deposits and loans, including the core banking lending strategy and the strategic three-year product road maps.
  • Maintain and lead ongoing development of capabilities and product following launch.
  • Build creative briefs / business cases for marketing cloud 1:1 journeys and campaigns related to acquisition and on-boarding, tied to strategic vision and KPIs.

Duties may include:

  • Drive strategy to build and manage FNBO products
  • Create and deliver pricing strategies to optimize net interest income
  • Lead strategies to ensure new acquisition and customer satisfaction scores are attained
  • Build, manage and execute deposit product, which may include marketing and promotional efforts in alignment with FNBO product strategies to achieve short and long term goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant sales practices, legal, compliance, and regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Drive the technology requirements for new and existing product enhancements, including appropriate test and implementation planning

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience relevant financial services or product management desired
  • Must be excited to build new products and challenge the status quo
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to create new products, API's, and or complex systems
  • Curious spirit and seeks learning opportunities
  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative worker and is an effective team player

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
