We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to oversee a hybrid operational team covering day-to-day (Tier 2 and Tier 3) support services as well as project engineering, conducting refresh and modernization activities for supported infrastructure systems. Scope of responsibilities includes data center services (server, storage, network (LAN, VoIP & ISP), back-up, and recovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all IT operational processes, managing and motivating a team of employees, and implementing strategies to improve reliability and reduce costs. This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 2-3 days of onsite work per week in Washington, D.C Remote Work Eligibility This position is eligible for remote work within the Washington DC / Baltimore metro area only.Compensation Grade Range $137,445.00-$161,700.00Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors may include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations. If a bachelor's degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
