Staffmark has joined forces with a leading medical manufacturing company, seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk in Woodstock, CT. Join our dynamic team and contribute to over 80 years of industry-leading innovation across diverse markets. Pay: $25/hr. Schedule: 1st shift, part time (20-25 hours) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for generating and sending invoices, applying incoming payments, and monitoring accounts receivable aging to follow up on past-due accounts. Investigates billing discrepancies, maintains accurate customer account records including credit terms and tax documents, and communicates with customers regarding payment status. Supports monthly closing and reporting processes and works closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure billing accuracy. Qualifications:
