As a global medical technology leader their portfolio of devices and therapies helps physicians diagnose and treat complex cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, oncological, neurological and urological diseases and conditions. Currently our client is seeking a Digital & Social Media Communications Specialist to support the Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICTX) and Cardiac Rhythm Management Diagnostics (CRMDx) business units. This hybrid role, based in Arden Hills or Maple Grove, plays a key part in driving their digital engagement strategy through compelling content development, community management, social listening, and digital operations support. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and organized collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment, bringing strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing the digital customer experience across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management & Content Execution * Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Strategists to create, edit, and route social content for approval (Regulatory, Clinical, Legal). Social Listening & Insights (Talkwalker) * Conduct daily social listening using Talkwalker; refine and manage listening topics to reduce noise. YouTube Channel Support * Ensure video uploads meet strategic guidelines: correct descriptions, tags, titles, and playlist placement. Digital Communications Support * Participate in webpage migration activities (e.g., metadata, formatting, image updates). Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
