Are you a proactive, tech-savvy relationship builder with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term success? We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to key clients. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional account management-offering consultative guidance, aligning technology with strategic goals, and driving impactful results.

Salary: $40,000 - $65,000/yr. (no commission)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, travel is required

Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Understand each client's business model, goals, and challenges to offer tailored solutions
  • Recommend and align our services with client objectives to drive growth and efficiency
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and create long-term technology roadmaps
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and added value
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and continuous improvement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advise clients on forward-thinking strategies
  • Deliver clear, compelling reports on account status and progress against strategic goals




Qualifications:



  • Two years of outside sales experience
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar strategic role
  • Strong understanding of how technology can solve real business challenges
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-focused
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
