Staff Researcher

AI Ecosystem is a new, centralized AI organization designed to deliver a unified AI solution that seamlessly spans Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group devices and segments. We are looking to add a Staff Researcher to our team that will help us set the path for our next generation of AI-powered experiences. This person will be responsible for capturing and shaping user insights that influence and evolve AI experiences. For this role we are looking for someone who can move between exploratory research to rapid evaluations of prototyped ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive product strategy through rigorous programs of user research spanning the entire product lifecycle.

• Evaluate and implement action plans based on ongoing market and user research around usability and discovery improvements.

• Understand the behaviors, motivations, needs, and aspirations of our customers to create a differentiated advantage in our ability to build relevant and impactful experiences for global users across consumer, SMB and large scale commercial segments.

• Be an advocate and spokesperson for AI Ecosystem Design across IDG.

• Co-work with Product pods (SW Dev, PDM, PGM, UI, UX) on iterative sprint cycles to create, develop, ship and improve AI products.
