Senior Manager HR Data Stewardship & Access

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Reporting into the HR Data Governance & Data Management Team, in this role, the Senior Manager, HR Data Stewardship & Access is accountable to drive HR data access governance and stewardship practices, ensuring appropriate data accountability and access activities are established in efforts to contribute to rewarding employee experiences and business success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Data Stewardship for the Human Resources Data Domain, keeping with the standards of the Chief Data Office;

• Oversight on appropriate data access and usage;

• Coordinate accountability among Data Owners and Delegates;

• Drive accessibility and democratization of data aligned with HR Business Processes;

• Establish access rights and criteria with data owners;

• Guidance on implementation of data access roles aligned with HR Data Access Guidelines and HR Business Processes;

• Facilitate access decision-making on behalf of owner as required; and

• Coordinate data access & use processes and risk mitigation.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

• Highly skilled data professional with strong business and technical acumen to work autonomously to drive data stewardship and access within Human Resources and stakeholders;

• Undergraduate degree coupled with data management experience in delivering best-in-class end-to-end stewardship, advisory, and data democratization.

• Demonstrated ability to provide specialized expert advice, data access process continuous improvement, insights and analytics that align with business priorities, objectives, and operating performance excellence.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of the data lifecycle, data governance, data technology, data management.

• Experience in a complex environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation

• Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers

• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
