Our service area covers 64 counties and more than 500 communities including the greater St. Louis area Job Overview Work consists of, but not limited to the following: Locating for right of way clearing Paint Meters or Regulator Stations Pipeline Marker installation and replacements GPS new valves and monitor meter sets Service History Card and other document Verification Monitor Excavation around critical facilities (Watch & Protect) General Laborer duties as assigned (i.e. flagging work on a crew, manual labor) Education Requirements High School diploma or GED, required Job Requirements Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn and use Ameren's Gas Compliance Software and related hardware. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently for extended periods in the filed for long hours in all weather conditions and walk over rough terrain. Must be available for emergency call-outs and overtime. Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri Class E driver's license. Must Receive a recommend status from CAST test. Post-Selection Training Requirements Successfully complete all provided Ameren Missouri Locator qualification training for the position. There is a 25-mile domicile requirement for this position. Hourly Pay: Grade Step FA 059 Step 1 of 3 - 23.48 USD Grade Step FA 059 Step 2 of 3 - 24.01 USD Grade Step FA 059 Step 3 of 3 (Top Step) - 24.55 USDPosition is eligible for annual incentive payments based on company performance and subject to sole management discretion.
