The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead finance business partner to our Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and SVP Human Resources and their leadership teams. This individual will play a key role supporting the Digital Business Transformation project and increasing the sophistication of our operating expense budgeting process. As part of the Corporate FP&A team, we will work together to collaborate with business, finance and accounting teams across the organization to help analyze and communicate key drivers of the company's financial results, as well as provide inputs to executive management packages and scorecards. This is a highly visible role interacting with Executive-level business and finance partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and SVP Human Resources to develop Annual Operating Plans and in-year forecast updates that achieve function and enterprise priorities.

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) Project

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with variance analyses and actionable insights.

  • Increase the sophistication of Corporate Function (HR, Finance, IT, etc) budget process. Improve the efficiency and outputs of internal processesandassist in implementing "best-in-class " company-wide standards for management reporting, planning, and forecasting. Increase the visibility and transparency of functional spending to senior leaders.

  • Support decision-making through scenario modelling for programs, staffing and technology investments.

  • Develop and demonstrate a high skill level in the use of financial systems with anemphasis on driving efficiencies and automation in reporting.

  • Assist in the preparation of Senior Executive-level financial review packages.

  • Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day.

  • Develop and lead one direct report.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics or a business-related field

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience demonstrating financial analysis roles. Experience supporting Corporate FP&A or Business Unit FP&A is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in fundamentals of Corporate Finance and modeling of business scenarios.

  • Proficient knowledge of dashboards, business intelligence (BI) technologies, and data visualization.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Experience demonstrating strong system skills; preferred experience with financial software (SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plus).

  • Must be adaptable, able to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities as necessary.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately.

  • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
