HVAC Commercial Building Tech ( 3rd Shift)

Responsible for Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair of large or small commercial equipment.

3rd Shift schedule : Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 8 AM

• Performs planned maintenance, repairs, modifications HVAC system through observation, testing and setup of equipment.
• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
• Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
• Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience as a Plumbing.
Must have advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes.
