Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Analyst, Product Analytics in San Mateo, CA to participate in product analytics efforts working directly with multiple Product Managers across the company. Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience extracting and integrating data to support analytical efforts, including writing complex SQL queries and analyzing in-app customer journeys through Adobe/Google Analytics. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience conceptualizing advanced analytics projects related to product feature prioritization, ad-hoc product analysis, embedded product analytics tools and programs, product KPI measurements and planning, and user navigation design analytics; defining product analytics metrics, and conceptualizing, designing and executing hypothesis testing and analytical solutions for product features; analyzing data from online marketing campaigns including user response, web site conversions, feature usage, churn rates; conducting online customer analyses and machine learning modeling, including Customer Segmentation, Retention Analysis, Lifetime Value Analysis, Marketing return on investment, Brand Research, and Feature Utilization; supporting and monitoring live experiments and ensuring that appropriate metrics and segments are accurately implemented and reported; conducting data analysis and building machine learning model to predict and detect customer behaviors and segments; and in executing duties, utilizing Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics and Machine Learning. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.

Salary range: $161,154.00 - $241,700.00/year
