CNA Field - PRN - Empath Hospice

Empath Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is currently seeking a CNA to join our team.

PRN; 8a-5p

The Hospice Aide:

• Is responsible for providing personal care and tasks related to the activities of daily living.
• Responds sensitively to patient/family needs by observing and reporting any changes, including physical, spiritual, social and emotional, to a registered nurse.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: One to three months and/or training preferred
• Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License)
• Valid Florida State Driver's License
