Make hiring decisions for entry level candidates Virtual phone screens with non-entry level candidates to send forward to hiring managers Schedule on-site and virtual interviews Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires Support recruiting related projects with the business Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency Reporting and projects as assigned Skills: Professional interpersonal skills Time management Problem solving Critical decision making Ability to influence and detail orientation Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided Fluent with office software Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment Ability to work in an office based team environment. Contract / Full Time : Initially 90 days but if the candidate exceed the given metrics would be possible extension or hired in FT role 100% onsite role Roles: Entry level CSR /Experience Specialist High Volumes Level 2 Associate -Senior Talent Acquisition No more than 5 years of experience Experience in recruitment and iCIMS Tracking Recruiter would also do Intake Meeting 10 interviews day by day all back to back Write good feedback decision Repetitive role Majority of your time : In seat Update about : HR Policy ( They give training) Should be Self Sufficient Top 3 skills: Recruiting experience is the skills that would be non-negotiable and would like to see in the resume ICIMS -Applicant Tracking system Time Management Minimum 1 year - To Max 5 years of experience Rounds of Interview - 2 rounds of interview Cannot exceed -25% NCNS in their metrics Metrics would be week on week Metrics would be evaluated with completed interviews and successful hires Start Date: 06/25 Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
