Channel Program Manager, MSP Partner Program

Responsibilities: As a Program Manager for the MSP Partner Program, your role will be to support and enhance the execution of Juniper's partner program for Managed Service Providers, to drive pipeline development and partner engagement. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Designing and deploying partner programs that enhance the MSP ecosystem, focusing on scalability and seamless integration with our business strategies.
  • Collaborating with Channel Sales, Channel Sales Engineering, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Global Partner Programs team to develop and execute partner engagement strategies that enhance MSP ecosystem capabilities.
  • Developing frameworks that standardize and optimize MSP engagement processes.
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partner initiatives and making recommendations for strategic adjustments based on performance data.
  • Supporting the full lifecycle of MSP partner engagement, from recruitment and onboarding to growth and retention.
  • Crafting segmentation strategies to deliver tailored program benefits and incentives to various maturity levels of MSP partners.
  • Coordinating with Marketing and Sales to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives for MSP partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with best practices across all partner-related activities and programs.
  • Coordinating sales operations to optimize processes, enhance sales effectiveness, and ensure that MSP partners receive the support needed to succeed in their markets.
  • Creating and disseminating content across partner communication channels to drive interest and adoption among MSPs.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive reporting framework to measure the impact of partner sales activities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinating and executing partner engagement efforts, including bootcamps, webinars, customer outreach campaigns, and promotions to grow partner mindshare and loyalty.
  • Creating tailored reference guides and sales enablement tools to support MSPs in executing key sales motions effectively.
  • Managing ongoing internal and external communications to support the adoption of partner sales activities.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT channel within a technology-focused enterprise, ideally with expertise in MSP ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated capability to design and implement effective partner programs that align with company strategies and market demands.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills for strategic decision-making, underpinned by a solid understanding of market dynamics and partner needs.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Over 5 years of experience in channel management or partner program roles, particularly within the MSP or broader IT services sector.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale partner programs.
  • Proven track record of enhancing partner engagement and program success through innovative program design.
  • Strong business acumen, focused on developing programs that deliver measurable ROI.



Minimum Salary: $141,600.00

Maximum Salary:$203,550.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $141,600.00 and $203,550.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
