REPORTS TO: Senior Practice Manager Brief Position Overview: Hoping PIC can assist with scheduling patients in person and on the phone, check-in/check out, collect copay. Clerical work (scanning, faxing, copying, etc.), Unpacking packages and assisting with stocking. I also have a couple of projects I would like someone to take on. Both involve inventory excel consolidation. Another project is transcription of policy documentation for both AUD and OTO departments. Desired Skill and Duties: Word, Typing, Excel skills preferred, Attention to detail. Some type of hospitality background (babysitting, working parttime job, etc.) and a team player but also can work independently at times when given project with direction. Schedule: (hours and days):Flexible between 8am - 4pm, M-F. Open daily or a couple times a week. On-site or hybrid?: On-Site, possible hybrid if they are good/can show progress with projects.
