Responsibilities
MTSI is looking for a Protocol Manager to support the F-47/Collaborative Combat Aircraft program office. The Protocol Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and enforcing organizational protocol processes. This role ensures compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations, and fosters collaboration across various departments to maintain standard operational guidelines. * Develop and implement organizational protocol and procedures. * Serve as lead on organizational visits for distinguished guests and mission partners. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Monitor and audit adherence to established regulations and guidelines. * Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations. * Create training materials and conduct training sessions on new protocols. * Report on compliance metrics and highlight areas for improvement. * Update protocols regularly to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs. * Manage documentation and record-keeping related to protocol.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in large organization protocol, executive administration, operations management or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and operational standards. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills. * Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities. * Proficient in documenting and developing operational procedures. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
