Warehouse Associate

Imperial Sprinkler Supply, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, order entry, and inventory management across multiple product lines to include synthetic turf, irrigation, hardscapes, and agronomics. **Flexible availability to work overtime and rotating Saturday shifts.

Position will be well rounded including warehouse duties with a focus on synthetic turf inventory management and order fulfillment.

Competitive hourly wage: ($22-$24 based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Focus on Synthetic Turf
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and a turf cutting machine
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Maintain meticulous inventory through documentation and conducting cycle and full roll counts
• Communicate with our Synthetic Turf hub in Southern California
• Cut turf rolls to fulfill orders and transfers
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records including conducting weekly cycle counts for synthetic turf, hardscapes, irrigation and agronomics
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders and branch transfers
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately enter and process customer orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
• Attend intermittent product knowledge training sessions
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively
• Strong math, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test/background screening
• Forklift experience helpful (certification is a plus)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability for schedule, overtime and rotating Saturday shifts
