We are seeking a talented HRIS Specialist with expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our HRIS team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our HR processes and systems. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance, Compensation, Goals, Recruitment, and Onboarding is highly beneficial. Additionally, experience with Story Reporting and the ability to build reports and manage requests is essential. Job Responsibilities
