Description
We're looking for a hands-on builder who can create campaigns, lead agency execution, and set the tone for what a modern, performance-driven marketing function should look like. You'll work directly with company leadership, make an immediate impact across two brands, and help lay the foundation for a team you may one day lead.
We've built great products and strong momentum, but our growth has outpaced our marketing infrastructure. We've leaned on outside agencies until now. That's changing. This is our first internal marketing hire, and it won't be the last.
About the role:
You'll own and operate marketing across our SAAS and payments brands-launching campaigns, running social, driving messaging, and leveraging AI tools to scale smart. You'll also lead agency execution and begin shaping what internal marketing looks like going forward.
This is a foundational role with visibility, ownership, and impact.
What You'll Do:
Build and Launch Campaigns
  • Run lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email
  • Launch demo flows, email nurtures, re-engagement campaigns
  • Build foundational funnels, landing pages, and tracking systems
Own Social Media Strategy & Content
  • Create and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Write and post content, repurpose assets, and grow brand visibility
  • Use social to reinforce brand credibility and drive pipeline
Leverage LLMs for Scale & Speed
  • Use ChatGPT or similar tools to speed up content creation and iteration
  • Build smart workflows using AI for campaign optimization and idea testing
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing/AI integration
Manage External Agencies and Creators
  • Lead collaboration with media, design, and SEO partners
  • Deliver clear briefs and campaign timelines
  • Hold partners accountable to outcomes, not just deliverables
Drive Messaging Across Brands
  • Own voice and copy across ads, pages, emails, and partner materials
  • Align distinct messaging per audience (lenders vs. merchants)
  • Create enablement content for internal and external stakeholders
Track Performance and Optimize
  • Monitor lead volume, CAC, ROAS, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Run regular A/B tests and share weekly performance insights
  • Recommend future hires, tools, or channel expansion plans
What You Bring:
  • Have 4-8 years of experience in B2B or fintech growth marketing
  • Have built marketing engines or campaigns from scratch
  • Leverage LLMs and AI tools to work smarter and move faster
  • Manage agencies well and communicate clearly with partners
  • Write with clarity and think like a conversion optimizer
  • Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Want to be the first in the door and help build what's next

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in B2B marketing roles
