Duties and Responsibilities |
Assist in the coordination of the overall operation and management of the women's basketball program, including but not limited to:
- Assists in the recruitment and retention of student-athletes
- Scouts opponents.
- Assists in practice planning and game day preparation.
- Assists with summer camps.
- Performs other duties as required and/or designated by Head Coach.
- Works collaboratively with support staff; academics, facilities, marketing etc.
- Assists with public relations, alumni, and community activities.
- Comply with NCAA, Atlantic 10 and university policies and regulations
- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
Bachelor's degree in related field and two-four years of related coaching experience at collegiate level. |
Qualifications |
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment and experience with college basketball coaching and recruiting.
- Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
