Agropur is seeking a Digital Procurement Senior Advisor to play a key role in enhancing our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations through digital transformation. This position focuses on optimizing digital procurement platforms, enabling users across the organization, and improving the overall efficiency and integration of procurement technologies.

• Salary range 006 : $97 700 to $122 100 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Digital Procurement Senior Advisor in Appleton, WS.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of e-procurement platforms (e.g., vendor portals, e-invoicing, contract lifecycle tools) to streamline procurement processes.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, ensure successful system integration, and provide training to drive adoption and maximize tool usage.

• Analyze procurement KPIs, monitor system performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction through data-driven decisions.

• Maintain procurement process documentation and user guides while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

• Stay up to date with digital procurement trends and technologies, acting as a subject matter expert to recommend innovations that create value.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain.

• 5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or IT with a strong focus on digital tools and process improvement.

• Strong command of procurement technologies (e.g., SAP, Coupa), ERP systems, and tools such as Power BI, with the ability to lead system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to extract and interpret data, drive insights, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

• Committed to delivering high-quality support, driving user satisfaction, and aligning digital procurement initiatives with business objectives.

• SAP and/or Coupa certification is an asset.
