Maintenance Technician:

Are you a hands-on problem-solver who thrives on keeping complex machinery running like clockwork? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to join our high-performance manufacturing team.

In this critical role, you'll work directly with die cast machines, CNCs, furnaces, air compressors, chillers, and more. You'll dig into PLC logic, interpret electrical schematics, and bring your expertise to equipment diagnostics and repairs that keep our operations moving with precision and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot die cast equipment, CNC machines, trim presses, and support systems like furnaces, sprayers, ladles, extractors, and automation tools.

  • Use PLC interfaces (Allen Bradley preferred) and HMI screens to identify and correct system faults.

  • Execute and document preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment lifespan.

  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and production calls to minimize downtime.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

  • Maintain facility infrastructure including compressed air, HVAC, lighting, and RO water systems.

  • Participate in root cause investigations and contribute to permanent corrective actions.

  • Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment uptime.

  • Share your expertise by mentoring junior techs and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and production teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree highly preferred.

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

  • Experience reading ladder logic and PLC programs (Allen Bradley a plus).

  • Solid knowledge of blueprints, wiring diagrams, and standard industrial documentation.

  • Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety protocols.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach frequently throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in hot, noisy industrial environments.

  • Available for overtime and weekend work based on business demand.
