About the Position and Job Qualifications

As our Loan Servicing Specialist II, you will provide assistance to various Loan Officers and Loan Assistants during the lending process. This role is responsible for a variety of duties, such as uploading loans; processing payoff requests; extension/deferral agreements; verifying file maintenance; and other duties as assigned. This is a collaborative role in which a keen attention to detail is a plus!

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you'll need to be our Loan Servicing Specialist II:



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs from generating loan documents.
  • Excellent math skills (additions, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

What you'll do as a Loan Servicing Specialist II:



  • Board new Consumer and Commercial loans to the system.
  • Apply Charge-Off, Non-Accrual, and Floor Plan payments/reversals/renewals.
  • Adhere to Mabrey's EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
  • Perform Special Assets file maintenance in accordance to policies and procedures.
  • Uphold courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.
