Summary of the Job:

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Central Issuance credit card production team and fostering a high-performance culture. The role will lead the team to successfully produce and deliver cards to customers in a timely manner. The role will be responsible for managing a $15 - 20mm annual budget and finding ways to optimize the customer experience with efficient production. The role will shape the future vision of production to meet customer, operational, and financial goals.

About This Role:

  • Directs daily team production activities, allocates resources, ensures that KPIs are achieved, and resolves production issues
    • Ensures that the team is prepared each day to meet its production responsibilities.
    • Allocate team resources to meet production and project needs.
    • Ensure that KPIs and standards are in place and measured to meet customer and partner expectations.
    • Identifies and resolves problems through use of KPIs, data, standards, and a problem-solving methodology.
  • Employs a Continuous Improvement mindset
    • Openly advocates for and models the appropriate action to demonstrate commitment to improving production
    • Ensures that team members are focused and trained on continuous improvement.
    • Implements the practices and tools of Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI).
  • Enables third party support relationships to support excellence in production and fulfillment
    • Ensures support structure aligns to production and customer SLA's
    • Consistently evaluates third parties for service and quality
    • Sources innovative solutions and providers as business needs arise
    • Drives strategic conversations to align services to future business needs including business reviews, planning discussions, etc
  • Drives successful launches of new cards and fulfillment experiences
    • Provides strategic solutions that align to desired customer experience and financial goals
    • Collaborates effectively across teams to achieve intended outcomes
  • Develops and maintains operational scorecard to consistently measure the effectiveness and efficiency of production
  • Manages operating budget for equipment, personnel, and supplies
  • Monitors industry best practices and provide recommendations on future enhancements to card production experience
  • Collaborates with Card and Statement team members on best practices for card delivery, efficiency, inventory management and process control
  • Understands and complies with bank and card association policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
    • Ensure subordinates are trained and comply with bank policy, laws and regulations applicable to their roles.
    • Ensure processes, policies and procedures are effective and remain in compliance.
    • Monitor subordinate's adherence to internal controls and take action to address employee performance issues
    • Complete compliance training and follow internal procedures and controls as required.
    • Report all compliance issues, violations of the law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in the FNBO Compliance Accountability Program.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations; Card Production and/or Banking experience preferred
  • Prior management or lead experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills, analytical, and organized

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $81,721.00-$138,925.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
