Our client is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to assist with transferring paper survey response information into a centralized electronic format or database system. Key Responsibilities: *Entering Data: Transcribing information from various sources (paper, electronic files, etc.) into computer systems or databases. *Data Verification: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data by cross-checking with original sources. *Data Management: Maintaining and updating existing data, organizing files (physical and digital), and backing up data. *Report Generation: Assisting with generating reports and summaries based on collected data. *Data Integrity: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. *Software Proficiency: Utilizing various software programs, such as spreadsheets (like Excel), databases, and other relevant tools. Required Qualifications: *Typing Speed and Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills are essential for entering large volumes of data. *Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial for identifying and correcting errors. *Data Entry Experience: Prior experience with data entry tasks is a significant advantage. *Software Proficiency: Familiarity with common software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and database systems. *Communication and Collaboration: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and provide assistance when needed. *Organizational Skills: The ability to organize and manage data, files, and other resources. *Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues related to data entry and data integrity. *Skills* Data, Analysis, Tableau, Data entry, Technical knowledge, Customer support, Technical support *Top Skills Details* Data,Analysis,Tableau,Data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Desired Qualifications: *Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution. *Has previously interacted with managers. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
