(Lancaster, PA) *About the Role* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling Assistant II to support operations at our Lancaster Service Center. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with customers, supporting job scheduling processes, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and compliance. *Key Responsibilities* * Serve as the central point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails. * Address customer inquiries and concerns directly or delegate to the appropriate team. * Log all customer interactions and generate weekly reports. * Assist schedulers with proactive outreach to customers during the job scheduling process. * Provide clear instructions to customers regarding pre-job requirements (e.g., inspections, meter setup). * Schedule and confirm customer appointments. * Maintain detailed communication logs for reporting. * Support schedulers with work packet creation and bundled job card processing. * Remove job holds upon verification and create IVR appointments. * Assist with work order closeouts and temporary disconnect scheduling. * Investigate property damage claims and coordinate work if PPL liability is confirmed. *Qualifications* * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. *Preferred:* * Experience in utility or service scheduling environments. * Familiarity with work order systems and customer service platforms.
