Role Summary

As a Staff Talent Acquisition Partner at Rivian, you will be a strategic partner to the Autonomy Software organization, driving the end-to-end recruitment process for critical and highly specialized technical roles. You will leverage your deep understanding of the software engineering landscape to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent, contributing directly to the future of Rivian's autonomous driving technology.


Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership within the Autonomy Software organization to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for highly technical and senior-level software engineering roles.

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, and professional networks.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth interview process.

  • Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to stakeholders.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the autonomous driving software space.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Rivian's talent acquisition processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide more junior recruiters on best practices for technical recruiting.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a significant focus on highly specialized roles in a competitive landscape.

  • Deep understanding of the organizations and relevant technologies that you support.

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience utilizing various platforms and creative strategies to identify niche talent.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $149,700.00 - $187,100.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
