Applications Analyst - GROWMARK FS, LLC - Milford, DE

Maintains, updates, and controls the Agvance and Energy databases to support and optimize processing of Agronomy and Energy transactions. Responsible for investigating, resolving, and respondingto complex inquiries from customers, GROWMARK FS locations, and GROWMARK, Inc. Utilizes critical thinking to observe process efficiency opportunities, and implement appropriate corrections.

Supports all users in theAgvance, Agvance Sky, and wEBS

Responsible for data setup that drives the Agvance, Agvance Sky, and wEBS operating systems.

Reviews and analyzes requests for adding new users to Agvance and Energy systems and researches and determines the appropriate security roles.

Works closely with Business Process Specialists to understand and improve the consistency and effectiveness of standard operating procedures.

Reviews system and process updates and coordinates with Business Process Specialists to ensure effective implementation of changes.

Creates, maintains, and distributes documentation, manuals, videos and webinars to system users.

Supports digital integration tools that improve the customer experience and location performance, including but not limited to myFS Solutions Center, myFS Agronomy, SKY Apply, SKY Dispatch, Kahler, Control Pro, and routing optimization tools.

Assists and reviews month-end processes for completion in the Agvance and wEBS systems.

Responsible for the GFS SharePoint administration.

Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives throughcollaborative efforts.

Assists in the evaluation of new software and services available to end users in conjunction with local and corporate IT personnel.

Assists with credit management to implement the GROWMARK FS credit policy.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Normally requires a college degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent related experience, to demonstrate the ability to provide business process and systems application oversight and management.

Prefer an understanding of the GROWMARK System including the Divisions' operations, and the Agvance and wEBS systems.

Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, planning, organizing, decision making and skill development.

Proven team building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Must be willing to work hours beyond those considered normal, including the ability to travel independently and overnight when required.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
