Are you a process-driven individual looking to make a positive impact at a growing organization? EPI Power is hiring a Project Engineer to join our prefabrication team!

This role will work onsite at our prefabrication shop in Des Moines, IA Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

What You'll Do:



  • Organize, review, update, and maintain documents and drawings
  • Monitor material and equipment delivery status
  • Accurately enter data into Excel and other programs
  • Print labels and ensure accuracy for prefabrication builds/assemblies
  • Assist with order lists to track what parts and pieces are needed for prefabrication
  • Create, edit, and format documents



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience:

    • Experience in a role requiring a high attention to detail and strong organization skills
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints or other construction documents is a plus


  • Skills:

    • High level of initiative and drive
    • Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
    • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
    • Desire to work in a collaborative, supportive, team environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills




  • Technology:

    • Intermediate to advanced level skillset in Microsoft Excel
    • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
