Description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking an Inside Sales Rep for our company in the Twin Cities. Providing technical expertise, marketing, and direct customer growth, support, and development through customer interactions, this role creates increased sales opportunities for current and prospective customers. It also involves analyzing customer and market trends and developing effective sales strategies that increase sales and market share.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Establishes customer contact by initiating follow up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls. Will involve prospecting of new customer leads to gather information, seek opportunities to quote and develop opportunities.
  • Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
  • Develop positive relationships and resolve customers concerns. By providing appropriate information and suggesting solutions regarding products and services, that will encourage repeat business.
  • Review all documentation associated with referrals for correctness and completeness.
  • Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
  • Learn and stay current on products and procedures to provide technical assistance and answer questions for customers, prospects, and sales representatives.
  • Act as the liaison between the outside Sales team/customer service/customers.


Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:



  • 2-4 years' experience inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Experience selling to the senior care market preferred
  • Respiratory Therapy background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Sales driven with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • A high degree of attention to detail with the ability to evaluate data from multiple sources and tie it together.
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), Windows, MAS 500, and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
  • Sense of urgency about tasks yet calm under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and improve current methods.
  • Ability to keep a neat and organized workspace and office environment.
  • Able to manage your projects, keeping an ongoing list, and staying busy when deadlines aren't urgent.
  • Demonstrates the ability and desire to "go the extra mile."


We need a self-starter who is able to able to work independently, but also communicate effectively with the local branches in and around our headquarters in St. Paul, MN.
