Summary:
- We need a Mid-Level Copywriter who can craft fast-turnaround, on-brand messaging across email, app, and SMS channels.
- You'll be part of a small, Agile pod (4-5 people) within our AI Automation & Performance team, which ladders up to the larger Studios organization.
- The ideal candidate knows how to self-manage, fill in gaps, and adapt quickly.
- We need individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to help us shape and refine our emerging processes.

- Collaborating seamlessly within a small pod while also connecting with the broader teams and practice areas; Studios, Digital Business Management, CRM, Product Design, Digital Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write Engaging Copy: Develop clear, compelling copy for digital campaigns and communications that reflects a friendly, bold, and innovative brand persona.
- Agile Workflow Participation: Use Kanban boards and daily scrums to manage tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines for rapid content deployment.
- Collaborate in Figma: Provide input on copy directly within Figma files, working side-by-side with designers in real-time.
- Proactive Collaboration: Engage daily with designers and other team members to clarify requirements, fill knowledge gaps, and ensure cohesive final deliverables.
- Crosstrain on other digital deliverables: Develop knowledge of the digital tactics for web and other app placements.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Identify missing details and proactively gather information to create effective copy, especially when briefs are still evolving.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all messaging aligns with voice-energetic, customer-centric, and unafraid to stand out.
- Asset Management & Organization: Leverage Adobe Workfront for project tracking, effectively manage copy assets, and maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices for digital copy, especially for email, app, and SMS channels, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- These messages will be delivered within our app email and SMS as part of contextualized messages targeted to specific customer segments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecommunications/Tech Background: Familiarity with the brand or experience working in similar industries.
- Workflow Management Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or other workflow software.
- SEO & Digital Writing: Knowledge of best practices for email subject lines, push notifications, or SMS copy.
- Experience with a CMS: An understanding of how digital work is delivered via a content management system, with a focus on reusable (headless) content.
- Bilingual in Spanish: Able to write in both English and Spanish, a plus.
- Working with a content management system is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 3+ years in copywriting, with a focus on digital channels (email, SMS, push notifications, app content, etc.).
- Agile Methodology: Comfortable with fast-paced sprints, Kanban boards, or scrum processes.
- Portfolio: Demonstrates strong digital copywriting skills, including relevant samples of short-form campaigns.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert with Microsoft Word, experience working in Figma or other collaborative design platforms.
- Team Player: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication, plus the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
