Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an Principal Operational C2 Manager to provide support to HBB/Kessel Run. The Operational C2 Manager shall possess an in-depth knowledge and skill from extensive hands-on experience within the Military Installation/Wing C2 domain to support the development, operations, and sustainment of the Command and Control, Incident Management and Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA). Individual must be adept at user/stakeholder engagement in the context of enabling successful implementation of the system, strategic system planning, defining and communication system requirements, and analyzing operational threads that enable successful C2. This is a full-time role at Langley AFB, VA. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Coordinate operational fielding and new user training of C2 applications across installations and Higher Headquarters. Coordinate with key stakeholders at operational locations and the prime contractor to enable successful fielding and training.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field Years' experience: 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD OR, Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD.
