Your tasks Plan and execute maintenance activities on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of machinery and production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process and conduct root cause analysis. Define and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent future disruptions. Coordinate maintenance activities and workflows with the production department. Troubleshoot production equipment issues. Participate in the commissioning of new machines. Perform hardware setup and modifications to machines and equipment. Provide technical and social leadership to assigned team members. Responsible for the professional and personal development and continuous training of assigned staff. Participate in the practical training of employees. Your profile Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics or related field. 7+ years of experience in an industrial environment. Experience in HPDC or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
