REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Senior IT Engineer LOCATION: Columbus, WI SUMMARY: Secure, support, and maintain the company Infrastructure Technology systems. Provide 2nd Level support and maintain the company IT systems and users which include infrastructure, servers, email, phone system, video conference system, smart phones, laptops, desktop PC's and helpdesk. Participate in IT Infrastructure projects. Provide outstanding customer service to all customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science degree (BS) or equivalent from four-year college or University in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM field; and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or multiple Microsoft/Google Certifications in relevant technology and process engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Server environments, Information Security, Backup processes, telecommunications and end user computing.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, general users, and customers in public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
