Job Summary
STS Technical Services is hiring entry-level Associate Assemblers to join the 2nd shift production team in High Ridge, Missouri. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to prescribed standards using models, drawings, and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Handle materials, tools, and chemicals in compliance with company safety standards
- Participate in LEAN events and Six S initiatives to support continuous improvement
- Complete simple sub-assemblies such as hardware installation and mechanical/electrical prep work
- Conduct pull tests and inspections to ensure assembly quality
- Use production tools like routers, parts lists, and work instructions
- Interpret diagrams and perform basic troubleshooting of multiple unit assemblies
- Promote the company's mission, values, and culture through daily work practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to the nature of the work)
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical diagrams
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components
- Willingness to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
