How you will make history here... The Manager, Customer Strategy - Pacific plays a key role in supporting customer sales planning and execution by serving as a critical link between the customer sales team and internal cross-functional partners, including Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role is responsible for aligning sales strategies, optimizing promotional plans, and ensuring executional excellence to help drive business growth for the Pacific portfolio. This individual will contribute to sales planning processes, category initiatives, and customer strategy development, working collaboratively across teams to support revenue and profit objectives. Key Skills for Success:
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $108,800-$156,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
