How you will make history here...

The Manager, Customer Strategy - Pacific plays a key role in supporting customer sales planning and execution by serving as a critical link between the customer sales team and internal cross-functional partners, including Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role is responsible for aligning sales strategies, optimizing promotional plans, and ensuring executional excellence to help drive business growth for the Pacific portfolio.

This individual will contribute to sales planning processes, category initiatives, and customer strategy development, working collaboratively across teams to support revenue and profit objectives.

This role is based in our HQ office in Camden, NJ 3 days a week (hybrid).

What you will do...

  • Partner with the Customer Sales Lead, Sales Finance, Shopper Insights, and Category Strategy teams to support initiatives that drive sales growth and category expansion.
  • Support the development of customer- and channel-specific Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Trade Annual Operating Plan targets in collaboration with the Trade & Promotional Planning team.
  • Collaborate with the Trade & Promotional Planning Lead and Customer Sales Leads to support development and optimization of customer promotional plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with Category Management and Customer Sales Leads to support the development of customer assortment strategies in alignment with national brand priorities.
  • Assist in managing and communicating customer forecasts and key business drivers with cross-functional partners, including Demand Planning and S&OP.
  • Monitor business performance and help identify risks and opportunities, offering analytical support to guide decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support sales and strategy needs as they arise.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships across Customer Strategy, Customer Sales, and cross-functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain).

  • You'll report into the Senior Manager, Customer Development, and will have multiple cross-functional partners such as Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain.

What you will bring to the table...

  • BA degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience (e.g. Customer Strategy, CPG, Sales, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$108,800-$156,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
